The Dynamics of Interpersonal Communication II

This course examines those communication skills and theories that help improve interpersonal relationships such as friendship, marriage, family life, and in the workplace. The course also examines current issues such as communicating in a multi-cultural society, communicating in cyberspace, resolving conflict, and dealing with loss. The course focuses on the meaning and reality "of conversation" as the basis for all human relationships. Cross-listed as COST 2447. (lec 3) cr 3.
