New Media Policy

This course provides students with a critical look at the evolving debates and issues surrounding media and communication policy in the Canadian, North America, and international arenas. The specific focus of the course is on new media policy, and as such, covers issues of copyright and intellectual property, privacy, digital divide, and internet governance.
